Helping little Angels spread their wings
Isabella Korunda, Acting President of Little Angels Worldwide, NPO and Stephen Gauta, Acting Vice-President of Little Angels Worldwide, NPO were the key speakers at the event. Despite only being juniors in high school, both of them delivered inspirational speeches to the large crowd at the charity event 'Naples Croatian Festival 2018' on 11/17/2018. Organized by volunteers and fully sponsored by donors, the Naples Croatian Festival sends all the proceeds from the sale of tickets and private donations to Little Angels Worldwide (LAW), a nonprofit organization founded in October 2015. The purpose of LAW, NPO is to support the order of Carmelite nuns who run orphanages in Croatia and Nigeria. Isabella Korunda, Acting President of Little Angels Worldwide, NPO proudly reported that over 200 people attended the Naples Croatian Festival 2018 on 11/17/2018, a charity event at the private residence of Dr. Joseph and Susan Gauta. Furthermore, the Croatian Festival 2018 raised over $21,000. Since the start of the charity, more than $37,000 was sent to Carmelite nuns. Stephen Gauta, Acting Vice President of LAW, NPO stated: “We look forward to the next event 'Naples Croatian Festival 2020' scheduled for 11/14/2020.”
